Can you pre-split my pet’s tablets?
Due to FDA safety recommendations, Covetrus does not pre-split any tablets before dispensing.
How do I order the same product for two different pets?
To order the same product for two different pets, add the product to your cart twice, so they appear in the cart as two separate lines.
Do not change the quantity of the product to ‘2’, but instead click “Add to Cart” twice. Doing so will add the product in two separate lines to your cart, which will allow you to assign each line to an individual pet in Checkout.
How do I print a copy of my invoice?
Navigate to My Account > Orders
Click on the Order Number you wish to print.
This will open the Order Detail Page.
When your order is in the Status of “Shipped,” you will be able to click on the ‘Print Invoice’ button on the right side of the page.
What does my order status mean?
Submitted/Order Created – Your order has been created.
Pending Veterinarian Approval – One or more items on your order require a prescription from your veterinarian before our pharmacy can begin processing.
Under Pharmacy Review – Your order has been approved and is with our pharmacy team.
Filling Order – Your order has been checked by our Pharmacists and is with our fulfillment team.
Payment Declined – Your order has been approved by your veterinarian, but we need an updated payment method before our pharmacy team can start processing.
Canceled – Your order has either been declined by the veterinarian, there has been a stocking issue, or you have requested the order to be cancelled.
Shipped – Your order is complete; find your tracking number via the Orders tab.
Partially Shipped – One or more items on your order have shipped complete; the rest of your order will be in a separate shipment.
Will I be notified about AutoShip refills?
A reminder email is sent one week prior to order placement
If there is no email on file, a notice is not sent to clients
