Dr. Alexander has called us each time after we have dropped Oliver off and she explained in great detail, whatever the situation was. You just get a good vibe when you walk in. Everyone is friendly, attentive, professional… You have a great operation going & pet owners appreciate it. Also- The pricing is not scary, like I have seen at some vets. Your drop off service is fantastic and one of my favorite things about you is, when I pick up and pay – I love that the amounts are to the dollar. Why can’t the entire country figure this one out?
